POWERFUL ACTIVE SPEAKERS

Vonyx has recently launched a new line of active speakers: The VD7 series. The series consists of sturdy and powerful speakers available in two sizes. The VD712A features a high-power 800W Class D amplifier, while the larger VD715A is equipped with a 900W amplifier. Despite being real powerhouses, these speakers are surprisingly lightweight and therefore versatile.

The series is aimed at professional and semi-professional users in the music and events industry. Thanks to its bi-amplified construction, easy portability, and Bluetooth 5.0 control, this series is ideal for mobile DJs, live performers, and hospitality venues. Moreover, using the built-in DSP settings with four sound settings (Normal, Monitor, DJ, Speech), users can fine-tune the sound perfectly to any environment.

For those needing more power, the series also offers a solution. A second speaker can easily be paired wirelessly via TWS (True Wireless Stereo). Therefore, the speakers are not only available separately, but Vonyx also offers various sets.

Of course, the speakers also offer the possibility to connect microphones, mixers or mixing consoles. With two combo Jack/XLR inputs for microphone or line signals and a Mix/Thru output (XLR), the series is even more versatile.

The speakers can either be placed on a stand or used horizontally, upright or at a 5° angle as a floor monitor, thanks to the two 35mm tophat brackets. The angled, robust ABS enclosure makes them suitable for both mobile and fixed installations.

All these features combined make the VD7 speakers unique within the active speaker segment.

Perfect for stage monitoring

Well suited for stage monitoring thanks to the combination of a powerful 12″ woofer and a 1.75″ titanium compression driver. The woofer delivers solid bass and midrange performance, while the compression driver provides clear and focused highs, essential for a balanced monitor sound on stage.

TWS - True Wireless Stereo

The speakers leverage advanced BT technology to enable seamless wireless audio streaming directly from your devices. Thanks to the innovative True Wireless Stereo (TWS) feature, you can easily connect two speakers, creating a rich and immersive wide stereo sound.

Powerfull sound

The VD7 series delivers 800W or 900W of powerful, deep sound. Thanks to a bi-amplified Class D amplifier with separate LF and HF channels, it offers efficient amplification with high dynamic range and minimal distortion.

Precise sound

The sound is optimised with a built-in DSP that offers four presets (normal, monitor, DJ, speech) for different applications such as accurate monitoring or clear speech. The DSP provides enhanced frequency and dynamic processing, resulting in clear audio reproduction.

Angled design

The angled design of the VD7 series allows the speaker to be used both as a PA speaker and as a stage monitor. It is also suitable for mounting on a tripod or pole, featuring a dual tilt option (0° or 5°) to optimise sound projection depending on the setup.

Easy handling

The lightweight, compact design combined with large handles allows for easy transport and precise positioning of the speakers, reducing physical strain. This makes the series ideal for mobile use and quick installation in various environments.
